Deploy apps from JavaScript workspaces

You can deploy an app from its package directory inside an npm, pnpm, or Yarn workspace. shpyrd detects the workspace, includes its shared dependencies, and builds the selected package.

The first deployment also waits for its project builder to become ready, with a clear preparation status instead of failing while the builder is still starting.
